1. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cascade Production ("we," "us," or "our") services and website located at cascadeproduction.co. By purchasing our services or submitting assets to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Services
Cascade Production provides real estate video editing and production services. We edit photos, drone footage, and other media assets provided by the client into finished video content. We do not provide on-site filming or photography services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
1.2 Client Responsibilities
By submitting assets to Cascade Production, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to use all photos, videos, and other media you submit to us.
- Your assets do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- The property you are marketing is lawfully listed for sale, rent, or otherwise available as described.
- All information you provide about the listing (price, dimensions, features) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
1.3 Deliverables and Formats
Final video deliverables are provided in MP4 format. Depending on the plan purchased, deliverables include vertical (9:16) and widescreen (16:9) versions. All specifications are as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
1.4 Revisions
Revision entitlements are defined by the plan selected at time of purchase (see Pricing). Revisions outside the included scope may be quoted separately. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the draft.
1.5 Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Cascade Production grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered video content for marketing the relevant property. Cascade Production retains the right to display finished work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery.
All source project files remain the property of Cascade Production and are not included in any deliverable unless specifically agreed in writing.
1.6 Turnaround and Delivery
Cascade Production will make reasonable efforts to deliver drafts promptly after receiving all client assets. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Cascade Production is not liable for delays caused by incomplete asset submissions, communication delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Cascade Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including loss of listings, missed sales, or platform penalties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
1.8 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.

2. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cascade Production collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website or services.
2.1 Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name provided when you contact us or place an order.
- Property information: Listing addresses, MLS numbers, and property details provided for production purposes.
- Media assets: Photos, videos, and other files you submit to us for editing.
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how visitors interact with our website (page views, referrers, device type). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
2.2 How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- Deliver the services you have purchased.
- Communicate with you about your project, revisions, and deliverables.
- Send invoices and process payments.
- Improve our services based on aggregate usage patterns.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
2.3 Asset Storage and Retention
Media assets you submit are stored securely during the production period. We retain completed project files for up to 60 days after final delivery, after which they may be deleted. If you require longer-term storage, please request this in writing.
2.4 Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools for communication, file transfer, or payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We select partners who maintain reasonable data security standards.
2.5 Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
2.6 Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
2.7 Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting access to our site.
2.8 Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Cascade Production does not offer refunds once work has begun on a project.
3.1 No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of video production, all payments are non-refundable. This applies to all plans — Starter, Standard, and Retainer — once assets have been received and work has commenced.
3.2 What This Means
- Payments are non-refundable even if you decide not to use the finished video.
- Payments are non-refundable if the listing is sold, withdrawn, or cancelled before delivery.
- Payments are non-refundable if you are unsatisfied with the style or creative direction after revisions have been provided per your plan.
- Monthly Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-prorated for partial months.
3.3 Our Commitment to Quality
While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to delivering work you are satisfied with. All plans include at least one round of revisions, and our Standard and Retainer plans include unlimited revisions. We will work with you to address legitimate concerns about the deliverable within the scope of your plan.
3.4 Exceptions
If Cascade Production fails to deliver any work within a reasonable time (defined as 30 days past the agreed delivery window, assuming all client assets and approvals were provided on time), a partial or full refund may be offered at our sole discretion.
3.5 Disputes
If you have a concern about a billing error or a charge you did not authorize, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
